Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Elton: Page 2, lines 13 and 14: Delete "$1" Insert "$.10" Representative Elton moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Mulder objected. Representative Mulder moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Mulder was required to vote. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Croft: Page 2, line 15, following "petition.": Insert "This limitation on compensation includes a sponsor receiving compensation on an hourly or salaried basis." Representative Croft moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Mulder objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?" Representative Croft moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 3 be adopted. Objection was heard. Amendment to Amendment No. 3 was offered by Representative Davies: Add the following: "Page 3, line 6, following "letters,": Delete "the sponsor's name and, if the sponsor has received payment or agreed to receive payment for the collection of signatures on the petition,"" Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that the amendment to Amendment No. 3 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 3 as amended be adopted?"
